- Set the AC to 78°F in summer, or heat to 60°F in winter.
- Put the key and parking pass on the kitchen counter near the stove.

Take one clear photo of both sitting on the kitchen counter. That photo is your proof of key return and marks your official checkout time, protecting you from the $60 key replacement and $75 parking pass fees.

Late checkout is $60/hr with approval, up to 1:00 PM at the latest. Ask any time from the day before through the morning of departure and we will confirm based on the cleaning schedule.
Unapproved late checkout is billed at $250/hr with no exceptions, so always ask first.
