• What you give us. Your name, mobile number, and email when you unlock the guide, and your email alone if you use the WiFi or direct-rates forms.
• Chat messages. Anything you send through the chat widget or by text, including messages handled by our AI assistant.
• Basic technical data. Cookies and identifiers set by our messaging provider so a conversation stays connected to you across pages and visits.

To run your stay: coordinating your key handoff, sending check-in details, answering questions, and following up on anything you report. If you ask for direct rates, we use your email to send you those offers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us operate.

The chat widget on this site is provided by our customer messaging platform (HighLevel, via LeadConnector). It sets cookies and local identifiers in your browser so your conversation persists between pages and return visits, and so a reply reaches the right person.

These are functional, not advertising cookies. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings; the guide still works, though a chat in progress may no longer be linked to you.

If you give us your mobile number, you agree we may text you about your stay. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop essential messages about an active reservation.

We keep guest records for as long as we need them to run the property and meet our tax and legal obligations, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Text or email us and we will handle it.
