How check-in works

Send every adult's name before arrival
We need the first and last name of every adult in your party before we can send check-in instructions.

Text your ETA at 60 minutes out
This is a private condo, so the front desk cannot issue our key. Your ETA lets us dispatch a greeter who is there when you are.

Text again at 30 minutes out
Traffic changes fast. The second update confirms timing so you never wait in the lobby.

Meet your greeter for the key
One key per stay, one in-person handoff. Anyone listed on the reservation can receive it.

Address and directions
60 North Maine Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401. The Flagship is right on the boardwalk.
Parking and the pass
Park in the building garage. Your parking pass will be waiting inside the unit on the table or counter; put it on your dashboard. Keep it safe, the building charges $75 for unreturned passes.
Finding the room
At the elevator keypad, press 18. The screen assigns you elevator A, B, C, or D. On the 18th floor, Room 1803 is the last room to the left.
Know before you knock
You are our guest, not a Flagship guest
The building holds private units like ours, timeshares, and hotel guests. You are staying as our private guest, so the front desk cannot assist you in virtually any way and has no access to the building's housekeeping or facility services for our unit.
Security can help if you lock the key inside or lose it, but only for the name registered on the reservation with us, and only after you text us so we can coordinate. A lost key is $60 to replace.
When you walk in
- Grab the parking pass from the table or counter and put it on your dashboard.
- Look around the unit. Report anything broken, dirty, or out of place by 10:00 PM tonight so it is on record and off your tab.
- Connect to the Flagship WiFi network and pick the free tier on the splash page.
- Note that unit towels stay indoors. They cannot go to the beach or the pool.
