$45/hr, subject to the cleaning schedule. The earlier you ask, the better your odds.

$60/hr with approval, up to 1:00 PM at the latest. Ask the day before or the morning of departure.

Bring a small dog

Small dogs only, approved case by case, with a $45 cleaning fee. Tell us the breed, approximate size, and temperament. Please never bring a pet without approval.

Good to know

Smoking

Smoking inside the unit is against building rules. Smoking strictly on the balcony may be tolerated, but any smoke scent, residue, or damage found inside results in fines.

Visitors

Daytime visitors who are not staying overnight are welcome.

Deposits & payments

No deposit is collected at check-in; your booking platform handles security deposits and all payments. The only charges outside the platform are approved extras (early check-in, late checkout, pets) or key replacement.

Cancellations

Your refund depends on the policy you booked under. Start the cancellation in your booking platform to see the exact amount; we cannot cancel on your behalf or override the platform's policy.
