Bring a small dog

Small dogs only, approved case by case, with a $45 cleaning fee. Tell us the breed, approximate size, and temperament. Please never bring a pet without approval.

Extra towels or linen

Towels and wash rags are set out based on the guest count on your reservation. Extras may carry a cost, and the linen stored in the unit is pre-prepped for the next guest, so please ask before using it.

$250/hrThis number is a deterrent more than anything. When a checkout runs past the agreed time we pay our cleaners for hours outside what was scheduled, and the knock-on delay hits the guest arriving that afternoon. That usually comes at a risk to our reputation, and sometimes a refund or a perk we have to give the next guest to make it right. Ask in advance and approved late checkout is $60/hr.

Good to know

Towels, linen, and beach gear

Unit towels may not go to the beach or the pool; the pool provides its own. Missing or sand-filled towels are $25 each.

Beach gear is yours to use, but please rinse it thoroughly before bringing it back inside. Cleaning beach gear is not part of the cleaning fee.

Smoking and visitors

Smoking inside the unit is against building rules. Smoking strictly on the balcony may be tolerated, but any smoke scent, residue, or damage found inside results in fines.

Daytime visitors who are not staying overnight are welcome.

Deposits, payments, and cancellations

No deposit is collected at check-in; your booking platform handles security deposits and all payments. The only charges outside the platform are approved extras (early check-in, late checkout, pets) or replacement fees.

Your refund depends on the policy you booked under. Start the cancellation in your booking platform to see the exact amount; we cannot cancel on your behalf or override the platform's policy.
